Say, 90% or something. That way the window isn't some width smaller that 800px, which I am assuming you are using as your ReadBurner full column width. Reasoning? Most blogs also format their stuff for 800px wide minimum. This means your lightbox iframe is always going to force the issue of 'how well does the client site deal with sub-800px browser windows?' .. at best, it's fine. At worst, it looks crappy.
